TOTAL
RM 500.00

ANALYSIS :
  • Each price is different
  • Students need to survey each price of component to avoid excessive waste of money
CONCLUSION :
  • The total budget of this project is RM 380.30
  • Most of these items can be purchased online or buy in the store

WEEK 11 : PRODUCE GANTT CHART

OBJECTIVE :

  • To produce gantt chart
  • To know duration and time to produce the project

METHOD :
  • Microsoft Excel have been used to produce gantt chart

RESULT:

ANALYSIS :
  • Each week there is a different task/ activity
  • For FYP 1,students do not have to build this project

CONCLUSION :
  • For the conclusion, with a gantt chart student can manage their time/week to do their project

WEEK 10 : FEASIBILITY STUDY

OBJECTIVE :
  • Used to determine the viability of an idea, such as ensuring a project is legally and technically feasible as well as economically justifiable
  • tells us whether a project is worth the investment—in some cases, a project may not be doable.

METHOD :
  • Market feasibility – describes the industry, the current and future market potential, competition, sales estimations and prospective buyers.
  • Technical feasibility – lays out details on how a good or service will be delivered, which includes transportation, business location, technology needed, materials and labor.
  • Financial feasibility – a projection of the amount of funding or startup capital needed, what sources of capital can and will be used, and what kind of return can be expected on the investment.

RESULT :
  • For this project, in future it can be used for hikers in Malaysia.
  • There are many facilities that include for this application solar backpack
  • This project will go further with advanced components and micro-controller that used in this project
Benefits of Feasibility Studies:

  1. Improves project teams’ focus
  2. Identifies new opportunities
  3. Identifies a valid reason to undertake the project
  4. Aids decision-making on the project
  5. Identifies reasons not to proceed
ANALYSIS :

  • Goal is to place emphasis on potential problems that could occur if a project is pursued and determine if, after all significant factors are considered, the project should be pursued.
  • Feasibility studies also allow a business to address where and how it will operate, potential obstacles, competition and the funding needed to get the business up and running.

CONCLUSION :

  • Feasibility studies contain comprehensive, detailed information about my business structure, my products and services, the market, the logistics of how i will deliver a product or service, and the resources i need to make the project run efficiently.

WEEK 9 : DESCRIBE INPUT/OUTPUT CONTROLLER

OBJECTIVE :
  • To describe the output/Input of ccontroller
  • To know the function of each part of this project

METHOD :
  • Construct the block diagram
  • Explain the input and output of project
RESULT :

  •  For input, solar panel will get sunlight from the sun and will absorb it. Function of the sunlight is to give energy to a solar panel then convert it to form of electricity. Then the output from solar panel will transfer to charging circuit.
  •   For input microcontroller section which is for GPS tracker, Arduino UNO has been used to control and give instruction for GPS Tracking Module.ESP8266 module will give the microcontroller access to Wi-Fi network and then it will connect to a Wi-Fi smartphone. When the GPS Module track the user’s location, Arduino will process the coding that has been  program  and  the output will display to the smartphone using Blynk application .It will shows longitude and latitude user’s.

ANALYSIS :

  • For input, solar panel has been used to charge the phone.
  • For output, users can know their location using Blynk Application
  • Blynk application can install in Appstore

CONCLUSION :

  • It can easier the user to use this project.

WEEK 17 : SUBMIT FULL REPORT FINAL YEAR PROJECT 2

OBJECTIVE : To finalize the full report of project To submitted all report and journal to supervisor To check out the format and Turniti...
